Binding terms governing the access and use of the QuickkHRM platform and its HR management services.
1. OUR DATA
Welcome to the QuickkHRM Platform. The access to and use of the QuickkHRM platform, including the software and services made available through it, is governed by these Terms & Conditions.
The QuickkHRM platform is owned and operated by QuickkHRM, a provider of cloud-based human resource management software. For any legal, administrative, or contractual communications, QuickkHRM can be contacted at info@quickkhrm.com.
2. BINDING TERMS OF USE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between QuickkHRM and the organization or individual accessing or using the platform (here in after referred to as the “Customer”, “Client”, “User”, or “You”).
By accessing or using the QuickkHRM platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the applicable Privacy Policy.
If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms, You must refrain from accessing or using the QuickkHRM platform or its services.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You are not authorized to use the QuickkHRM platform if:
- You are under the legal working age applicable in Your jurisdiction
- You do not have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You have been prohibited by law or authority from using such services
4. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATION
If You are using QuickkHRM on behalf of an organization, You confirm that You are duly authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization and assume full responsibility for compliance.
5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
QuickkHRM is a comprehensive human resource management platform designed to assist organizations in managing their internal HR operations in a centralized and digital manner.
The platform includes, but is not limited to, the following services:
- Employee master data and profile management
- Attendance and working hours tracking
- Payroll calculation and payslip generation
- Leave entitlement, accrual, and approval workflows
- Expense submission, approval, and reimbursement management
6. NO LEGAL OR PAYROLL ADVICE
QuickkHRM is a software service provider and does not provide legal, tax, employment, payroll, or statutory advice.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the platform complies with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory obligations. Any guidance or information provided by QuickkHRM does not constitute professional advice.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer agrees to:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee, payroll, and attendance data
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Restrict access to payroll and sensitive employee information
- Use the platform strictly for lawful HR operations
8. PAYROLL & ATTENDANCE DISCLAIMER
Payroll calculations and attendance reports are generated based on the data entered by the Customer. QuickkHRM shall not be held responsible for incorrect salary payouts, compliance issues, or disputes arising from inaccurate data entry or configuration.
9. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or limitation of services.
QuickkHRM reserves the right to modify, enhance, or update the platform to improve functionality and security.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to the QuickkHRM platform, including software, designs, content, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of QuickkHRM.
11. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
QuickkHRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in case of violation of these Terms, misuse of employee data, or non-payment of fees.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickkHRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including payroll discrepancies or internal employment disputes.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
